Even after one serves there time, having a felony conviction can often mean that employment and educational prospects disappear.

Unfortunately, the media, police, and some prosecutors forget that those accused are innocent until the prosecutors prove to a judge or jury beyond a reasonable doubt. This is why crafting a strong and aggressive criminal defense quickly is so important because an experienced criminal defense attorney is often the only person working to protect the accused rights.
